Very confused about Strategy points

Hi
So I started playing about half a month ago, and I installed pokerstars WITHOUT the tracking system (I was dumb and young). However, I installed the SideKick, and played for a while, and I earned about 60 Stars VIP points. I wasn't counting on getting any SP for that, but lo and behold, my account now says that last month I earned 33 SP!!

I am really confused, because while I was palayiing I didn't earn any SP, any Idea of what happened?

Hi Kerith,

As long your stars account is tracked with us you will get SP, at stars you get 1 StrategyPoint for every 2 VPP, normaly this points get updated here with 1-2 days delay but lately we had alot of problem with those reports from Stars so thats probably why you didnt see any while playing.

And also you dont need to have some tracking system as sidekick to get this SP.
