Now reviewing this hand I think why didn`t I raise on the turn but raised on the river

Again that minraise.

Pre fine. Flop fine.
Turn you could small raise/fold, to like 30c.
River again that ridiculous raise. Why so small? If you think you will get called a lot by worse, just bet 70c or something.

Would actually opt to raise on the flop, he won't fold any ace to one raise. And well then I would just bet bigger on the turn and the river.

On turn, we can raise as villain's bet is small.
On river you can make a bigger bet, but it is up to you and I think you should bet enough as to feel comfortable.

Board is dry and there is no need to raise.

Turn raise is possible given his small sizing. I think on the river we don´t need to raise much bigger without read that he´s a station because he looks quite weak.
