is it cooler situation..i got tilted soo bad after this hand

First of all I have moved you’re hand to the hand discussion board, because it’s fits better there.

Calling pre-flop with JTo is thin against a button raise out of position with not much more than straight potential.

As played I would check/raise the flop as well, but than I would make it 24c or so. Now you give him pretty good odds to call with draws and other hands and it’s also possible you will missed value against him on long run.

Further it’s fine to play the nuts straight like this and it’s unlucky if he’s sucking out on you what he most likely did.

You can call JTo here if BU is opening for less than 3bb.
Stop doing those fishy min-raises! Raise big. If villain wants to stay he will stay, but you should start building the pot and make him pay.
If he hit his outs it is bad luck!

no it's not a cooler situation you should definitely fold the nuts in here... standard fold
