Hey guys, my information sharing agreement on PokerStars is on but I've never received not even 1 single strategy points from PokerStars. What should I do?

Is your account correctly tracked? You can see this from the profile settings. I suggest you create a ticket. Scroll to the bottom of the site and click help. 
I would recommend you to write an e-mail to PokeStars and ask them whether your account is not under investigation.
