Hi,
there is a little flaw in your thinking.

Preflop is debatable. If a player with this tendencies 3bets you, he mostly have a strong range , like QQ+ , AK, exspecially at this limit. As long as you don ´t have
enough stats, i would fold the hand preflop, to avoid spots like these postflop. And Villain 3bets you 10bb here.
As played, if you raise/call the flop, because you assume, you have the best hand, than you have to bet the Turn on such a blank. If you check, because you think
your range is weaker than his range, than you have to fold definitly on the K River. Everything has you beat at the river, exept his bluffs.

We can call with our hand vs the 3 bet pre. QQ+, AK is just 2.56% and here he has a wider range.
After the x on turn we can bet?
On river we have to fold.
