Spoiler

BB showed A A and won $5.19 ($2.71 net)
CO showed T T and lost (-$2.48 net)

The CO is 39/13 from 227 hands, fold to 3bet: 17% (6) and Afq: 36.7%
The BB is 34/25 from 135 hands, 3bet: 13% (46) and Afq: 26.9%

Judging by the population reads, a 4bet is almost always KK+ so, when the BB made the 4bet, I was sure that it's a clear fold. However, the CO called and I found myself IP, with pocket queens and a good price to call. However, I am sure that I can only call to set-mine and in a 4-bet pot I am not sure how +EV is this move. Although I had my doubts, I let the hand go.

My question is that if I could profitably set-mine in this spot.

I would call for sure after the small cold 4bet and the fish joining.

You need to win around 0.5$ more on average when you hit your set. There's a fish in the pot, BB's range is very strong and you're even a bit deep. You're going to win a lot more money than that when you hit => clear +EV call.

dont underestimate NL4 NL5 guys, they tight us fu*k when they 4bet!

But i think Its better shove then call, if he have AK which is bassicly what we hoping for,we will have some problems getting value post flop.

Noone is underestimating anyone. We have QQ in our shoving range and that is what we should do.

In position it could have been a call i think, but are you able to fold QQ on 544 or 592 for example, if you belive BB has KK+. How would you play your hand, if everybody checks?

You are right. The cold 4bet is usually very strong, but you get very good pot odds for a call. Also, if you hit your Q you have a big chance to win a big hand. I even think it's okay to call here with a bunch of weaker hands than QQ.

Don't forget to make a note on him, because it can be a very useful read.
