hi guys,
how do you like this line.
will re-raise for protection on turn or will you bet that river for value?
he is loose passive player 38/10 and has high c bet flop/turn 64/57

Most likely you are ahead on the flop, and with a flush draw and straight draw on the board I would just shove it here.
You're giving him the chance off finding his draws cheap like this.

Check/raise on the flop is also good to me because he cbets a lot

Cbet stats are useless in a limped pot. I would bet on the flop against a passive player with top pair.
If he likes to bet a lot in spots like this you're line is fine as well to get the most value of his entire range.
