Does anyone know an exchanger where I can transfer money from paypal to skrill?

The official statement of PayPal and Skrill is that direct transfer is not possible. You might use Payoneer, I'm not sure if it's gonna work tho.

Hey gourgaz1,
I do it the slow, but trustworthy way. Transfer from PayPal to my bank (~3 days), then transfer to Skrill (~2 days). It may take 5 days which is a bit of a pain, but is risk free.
