Short stack limping at Mico level

This is one of the things I struggle with. There are people who limps with loads of hands when everyone on the table is less than 10 BB with exception of 1 player. Here is an exmaple

Ante 25, SB 150, BB 300

Hero holding Js 9s

balakaro83 (MP2) 2,184.00
Hero (MP3) 2,493.00
gliet (CO) 613.00
Armamik (BU) 535.00
3AMEternalCZ1 (D) 2,000.00
sharker727 (SB) 4,640.00
tur999 (BB) 1,035.00

So the IMC trainer suggests that the hero should go all in here with top 21.3%. This includes J8s+. The big stacks on this tables are relatively loose but the small stacks are tight.

Two scenarios:
1. If MP2 folds, should the Hero follow ICM and move all in with J9s?

2. What actually happened: MP2 limps into the pot, what should hero do here?

Not sure how wide ICM trainer suggest how wide all players behind you would call, but I expect most players will call to tight if you compare it with the Nash ranges. So it will be a close +ev push with this in mind I think. Otherwise it's a close fold here.

If the MP2 is limping I would be more careful, because it's always difficult to said with what kind of range someone is limping with a less than 10bb stack first in. It could be a trap as well. Readless is J9s a clear fold.
