SH Rush QQ facing x/r drawy board

Folding OTT seems fine. I think that is an unusual line for draws. Looks like a set and he has to protect vs draws. If villain had bet smaller I would have called OTT too.

If Villain is a straight forward player, he calls with his medium hands and reraises with his tophands and trash.
Trash-hands wouldn't Ch/R on the flop.
The board connects well with his medium hands: sets and flush- and straightdraws are very possible.

If he calls with a big hand to invite the BB in the hand, you are already way behind.

By not reraising the flop, Hero announces he has a good but not unbeatable hand. So a bet from Villain on the turn could take the pot, aspecially with this scare card.

So the question is: should Hero save himself the call on the flop? If not, what turncard did he need to continue with the hand?

I would assume that villain will not call pre to invite BB in the hand since it is a bad move imo. I think flop x/r is usually set or draws but not complete air. Turn bet sizing looks like he wants to protect vs draws? The board looks also not so good for 2 barrel bluff?

Folding OTF would be too weak imo. Should we reraise OTF or call and if we decide to call is there any good turn cards for us?

We can consider K as a scary card especially since it does not often appear to be in his range, that's why if you see him continuing aggression, just givin' up won't be a mistake.

Turn fold is fine imo.

A turn bet close to pot means a strong hand vulnerable to the possible draws and wants to charge them.
Fold is good.

No. If villain is super loose and aggressive and tends to play his draws very aggressively I might consider calling one more street and re-evaluate OTR. But you are absolutely right, villains stats doesn't matter much in this spot.

I do not see a legitimate reason to call turn, even if he is betting heavy on turn. His bet is solid too.

No way we are calling OTT, SBvsMP cc range is strong and this flop hits SB range well, most players would not even raise OESD's or FD's in this spot, of course it depends on how aggressive SB is, but mostly they are x/r combo draws and sets, then you hold Q of diamond it's even tough call OTF
