Was is it the right Decision to call passively on the flop & turn ? or shouldn't do i something, when i'm playing SSS ?

Preflop: Hero is BB with K♦, T♦
MP1 calls $0,10, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0,10, 3 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0,35) 8♦, A♦, 3♣ (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP3 bets $0,30, Hero calls $0,30, MP1 folds.

Turn: ($0,95) 4♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $0,30, Hero calls $0,30.

River: ($1,55) T♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $2,80, Hero folds, MP3 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1,55

you don't get the odds to call an almost pot sized bet on the flop ... play it by odds and outs and fold it.

you may have implied odds in the flop. i may call the flop if i think MP3 has Ax (betting again on the turn) and MP1 is calling. if you catch the turn you raise, otherwise you fold.

if you dont think MP3 will call if a diamond comes on the turn/river, "chasing" isnt great here, and you should fold.

Hello Paperwings,

Stacksize?

Play according to odds/outs and some implied but as played, it is a questionable call on the Flop and an auto-call on the Turn.

I think this is ok but I think you should study the Draws in Freeplays article again ;)

Merry Christmas,
Gerv
