NL50 JJ 3way

It's very high varienced. With that kind of squeeze play range that villain has you'll be flipping quit often against his flushdraws indeed.
Against his total range I think we make marginal profit calling.

I would backraise preflop, and get it in if one of them jams.

Btw if BB squeezes this big size, I would not call anything in MP's shoes, rather play a 4bet or fold strategy.

Edit: I missed the fact that we are 180bb deep with MP. I would still backraise pre, and get it in vs BB, but if MP jams, it's probably a fold, although I would not expect him to do this very often.

Thanks for the advice! Would you play QQ, AK the same way, so backraising and calling jam or are those hands strong enough to call the squeeze of BB?
If I call QQ or AK from CO or BU and I face a squeeze, I sometimes call, I sometimes jam... What's your preference or what does it depend on??

As long as BB uses this huge squeeze size, I would not call anything, only raise or fold (both as the openraiser, or as the coldcaller). This way I punish him for risking such a huge amount to a squeeze, but if I call, I make his strategy great, because I will be in a huge pot with a capped range, that's something I would like to avoid...
