I ralised several times that it isn`t possible to login into PS Account from public Wifi`s or while an IP Hiding prgram is workin?
Why that?

It’s little bit late to answer after 2 weeks, but better late than never.
I expect this is for security reasons, because the software detects your IP-address and on the moment you logging in and it’s a unknown place you most likely need to make a extra verification most of the time with for example a number code that you get with your mobile, but if you want to be sure you can always send a email to support@pokerstars.com and PokerStars support will answer the question for you.
