AQ - folding T to dubbel barrel from tight UTG+1

Maybe you can just fold preflop against the nit. AQo out of position against very strong range doesn't seem that great. I don't play fullring though...

I play FR and AQo sometimes is call sometimes is fold, against 14/10 it's a fold.

I would consider donking turn and small river, fold to aggression.

That turn doesn't change anything. I would call. Sometimes he has AK, sometimes AJ. I think very tight players preflop are usually aggressive postflop and like doublebarreling with a lot of hands.

Mmmm..., they don't have a lot of hands to begin with from UTG + 1.

UTG+1's range isn't that thin for FR at 14/10. It's tight but not quite nitty and certainly not a rock.

What would give you more info here is how positional the villain plays. We do need to be careful automatically giving all players credit for being positionally aware. There are a sizeable minority of villains who have the same open range in UTG1 as they do in MP3 in a full ring game, then add a few steal hands from CO on.

AJs and probably AJo are still in this villain's possible open range here in many cases, and so is taking two streets with top pair.

I'd probably call the turn here feeling like I've committed to at least two streets by playing AQo OOP then hitting TPGK in the first place. Nothing however says the villain is smart enough to know that AJ there isn't great a 3 street value hand either, so you aren't guaranteed a check behind OTR.

Gross decision best avoided by tossing AQo in the bin preflop in this kind of spot. AQo generates a lot of these kind of super thin decisions because it includes so many dominated "made" hands.

If we are not calling 2 streets with this hand, then we should fold preflop...
