Is this a spot where I should just get it in and use my fold equity? ABB is 10.2

SnG wiz says I should be pushing any two cards here even after I widened other players ranges to be closer to what I think they would realistically call with.
But nash says I should only be pushing offsuit aces of 10 or better but any suited ace.

Should I just min raise and hope to get it through?
I didn't want to call a 3bet with this hand and the last thing I wanted to do was raise/fold.

A good reg was in the bb but there was a fishy player on the button with the big stack, sb player relatively unknown but had tag like stats over 90 hands

Assuming this is a regular 9max SNG:

This is (almost) never a profitable open shove, as you already said in Nash you can push ATo+ and Nash assumes tight calling ranges (77+, AT+, KQs) from the players behind you. In my experience opponents almost never call tighter than that range, and quite often they call looser.

When it comes to minraising / stealing, as a default I would raise any Ace in the Cutoff. In this case you say that the bigstack on the Button is a fishy player. If he just calls your minraise a lot of the time, this might not be a profitable steal anymore because your hand does not play well postflop. So if you think that he will call you a lot it's fine to just make a tight fold here.
