Given the stack size its a easy call. But I wonder when he shoves almost from early position he generally should have AQ+. I really put him on AK+ or others where Im dominated.

Easy call or not? I think we have enough chips left to make moves later.

This is really grows spot to be in. It really depends on against what opponent you are against. In general I would expect him to have something like 88+, AJs+, AQo+. Against that range you can't call with AQo. But if you have read that he is wider with his open shoves you can call. If he is shoving also with AJo it makes big difference. If he is 3bet shove with ATs+, AJo+, 88+, AQo is snap call. But you need really good read on that.
Also timeing tell is important. Is he snap 3bet shove or he is think about it and then shove? If he is tanking, then he probably have AJo or ATs and you can snap call. If he is snap 3bet shoving he is probably on stronger range and you have to fold.

In general I would prefer to open shove AQo with that stack because I don't wanna r/f or even worse bet/fold post flop and left with 12bb or even less, especially in turbo structure tournament.

GL at tables!

I totally agree with the explanation. My reason for folding was his shoving from early position ( UTG+2).

Openshoving is totally unexploitable play, but I think minraising keeps villians 3 bet steal ranges with bad cards where I dominate. When they call my open shove I think Im by far behind in most cases.

You must not forget that you are raising from UTG so there 3bet range won't be so wide eather. I don't think that they will 3bet shove much wider then they call when you shove. Because of your position and your stack.
And when you shove, yes you can be dominated with there calling range of TT+, AK. But if they calling only that, then you are printing money because they are folding too much and you still have equity against that range.
