Hi crossford,
there is no delay with assigning StrategyPoints. It might be that your account has not been tracked to us or the PKR username you gave us, is incorrect.
Please check your username and update your profile if needed.
If the username is correct, please check with the PKR support if your account is tracked: support@pkr.com (however a correct username and no StrategyPoints is an indication that something went wrong with the registration).

I cant see what the username is on my profile to confirm it is the same as what I am playing under
