Hi why do some members can pay out in skrill ? I only have 1 option Neteller.. i did save my skrill ID also..I'll just wait if it will be credited to my neteller...and do anyone knows how long will it take to payout in neteller ? Thank you

On this page you should be able to see all withdrawal methods available for your country of residence (is Skrill allowed in your country? do you use a VPN?).
Payouts to Skrill and Neteller are carried out daily but there might be a security check after the withdrawal request so the process might take a bit longer.
