BB: 1,025 (2.6 bb)
CO: 3,800 (9.5 bb)
BTN: 1,910 (4.8 bb)

Flop: (4,220) 7 J 4 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
Turn: (4,220) 7 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: (4,220) 2 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

4,220 pot
Final Board: 7 J 4 7 2
Hero showed A 6 and lost (-1,910 net)
BTN showed J K and won 4,220 (2,310 net)

ICM suggest a close fold here and push with A8s+ but it feels unintuitive.

It’s also depends if the button is familiar with ICM as well. If he shoves to wide in spots like this I wouldn’t mind a call here. Otherwise a fold was indeed better.

My instinct is also to push. As an aside, there is some advantage to avoiding the bubble bursting with a big stack like this and bullying the medium stacks into folding, building our chip lead along the way.
