how you count outs when sometimes win on Ax, but sometimes have RIO on Ax, also on runout like: 6

Didn't understand your question. Instead of counting outs you should use Equilab and figure out your equity. A might not help us, 6 might not help us, we might be splitting with if we hit J. I would fold here.

I believe you ment how much outs can we give ourselves and do we have enough equity to call with those outs. In this case, our outs would be 6 (4 outs), J (4 outs), T (3 outs), and A (3 outs). Since none of those is a clear out, we should discount some of them. So I would count 3 outs for sixes, 3 outs for Jacks, 1 out for T and 1 out for A, which gives us 8 outs. If we use a rule of multyplying outs with 4 from Flop to River to calculate equity, we would then have 32% of equity. So, we don't have enough equity to call. Also, if we expect him to bet every time on the turn, we can't multiply #of outs by 4, so our equity is even less. Also, if we hit our straight, it would be quite obvious, which means that we don't have much of implied odds. So, I would say that fold is better than call in this situation, but call wouldn't be terrible.

I did understand the Q I think, but the answer is the same. Use Equilab to calculate the equity versus a range. Otherwise you can use your own judgement to properly "reduce" the nominal number of outs to the actual number of outs. Your question itself indicates that you understand what is going on.

Well I agreewith all the above.
Just a small note - when calculating outs, you count how many cards are helping you. Then you see how many of them are clear outs ( to the nuts) and how many of them are not clear . Then from the not clear outs you discount some.
