SB: $16.24 (101.5 bb)
BB: $6.94 (43.4 bb)
UTG: $16 (100 bb)
MP: $25.88 (161.8 bb)
Hero (CO): $21.40 (133.8 bb)
BTN: $10.38 (64.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.48, Hero calls $0.48, BTN raises to $1.12, 2 folds, MP calls $0.64, Hero raises to $4.16, BTN raises to $10.38, MP folds, Hero calls $6.22

Preflop: In some cases I 3bet this for value, but mostly I call. MP plays 26/18 in 40 hands (maybe I should rather 3bet for value this time). Then the BTN (43/29 in 7 hands) decided to squeeze. He did it by too small sizing + he is not fullstacked, so I believe he is a fish. When the MP called, I believe he doesn't have KK+ almost ever, so my hands is probably a favorite vs his. Given all said and the fact that I will be OOP in case I call, I decided to 4bet and try to get it in.

Imo this looks ok. Your reasoning was fine. Calling COvMP was ok.

COvs MP may be a 3B. Sampe size is small to base your decisions on that.
I am ok with the way it is played.

Yea of course QQ can be 3betted here but calling is totally fine. So it is ok as played.
