Did I played it too passively here. Opponent is completely new for me and never saw him on zoom tables before and I have played 150k hands there.
Since he was 3 barrels us and betting 70% on the river I was giving him a set that grows up to full house later but I couldn't fold for sure
What is your thoughts

It is okay. I wouldn't criticize anyone raising flop with the stone cold nuts either. It is very deceptive. But I prefer calling because that is what I do with mediocre hands (like AK) here.

Depends on the villain, but most of the time I would also just call OTF (I would play the hand like i would play other good/medium hands)

On second thoughts, a "good/medium" hands is AK with the K♥: or better. That is a 1.5x pot donk. One would be playing "guess villains hand", which is usually beyond analysis versus maniacal players. You'd be on your own with much worse than AKh.

You flop the nuts and villain donks very big. I would raise him here and hope he will get crazy with set, 2 pair or weaker flush. As played I would just call down because the board pairs. Overall you played this well.
