At the moment I thought it wasnt worth risking the tournament after so many raizes.
But when they all folded I was wondering if I had played to tight

First of all I have moved your thread to the hand discussion board, because it’s fits better there.
You have only 19bb left and without any info on the players I would gamble with QQ here, but it’s funky than the 3better still folds here.

With QQ and 19BB stack I would definitely shove this. It is a bit of a gamble especially if we get in multiway but QQ is a strong hand, we have a small stack and we might have to wait a long time to get a decent hand again.

I would stack off evn with JJ here. It is $215 tournament and I expect opponents to be balanced. So I expect balanced ranges with strong and weak hands in UTG open and in MP2 3bet range. Only one that can have strong value range is CO but he has just 12bb so he won't have just QQ+ here. I expect him to have AQ+, 99+ or even wider. That is why I snap over shove with JJ+, AK for 19bb.
