Hey, i think preflop is fine, the flop comes pretty good for me, i cbet expecting alot of folds, he minraises me. so he can ofcourse have some strange 5 here, maybe a Ten, some pocket pairs where he wants to see where he stands, flush draws that he plays in a weird way, and pure air. i decided to call since its onl ymin raise and i am in position and see how he reacts on the turn. he then checks. i choose to check back since i wanted to have some potcontrol since after all im still only Ace high. river comes the flush and he goes all in. no way to herocall here i think. my question now is if i should have bet the turn? to charge flushdraws? pressure him? what do you guys think about his minraise on the flop? what is your experience when dealing with this kind of players?

It is not necessary to 3bet AKo MPvCO but it is ok. OTF his min x/r looks fishy, I think calling is still ok. Villain can x/r a lot of draws. OTT draw didn't complete, villain checks and in that spot we should stab imo. If we don't try to steal the pot when villain doesn't hit his draw and let him see a free river card, it would have been better to fold OTF.

Not agree. Paired board - what draws?
Keep it simple and do not invest more.

nitrol can you please explain it a bit more? do you mean already folding the flop? or checking behind on the turn?

Nitrol thinks that since the board is paired villain will not x/r his flush draws. But if villain doesn't have any draw he might have complete air. I think he would have bet turn too with his made hands. I don't think villain has only trips and fullhouses here but I get nitrols point.

How many outs do you have? 6? Why invest more?

Nitrol thinks that no draws are raising there. He can min riase with a pair but still we have just 6 outs and we are not sure if we hit that we are ok...

Hmm yea maybe fold OTF is better than call.

Maybe so. I know what you mean but if we do not hit A or K we are done. I am not investing with GS too if Q or J come...

hmmm ye makes sense in a way. would you guys take a not eon him with something like " min raises on paired board after my 3b on the flop" ? so if in the future this happens more frequently we can play differently?

Yes you could take a note.

I was thinking that call is ok just because I think we might be able to steal the pot later. Here villain checked turn and I would have bet big. I think villain is capped when he checks and most likely is going to fold to a big bet. But folding is definitely fine.

You can take every kindof note that is helpful to play well against him.
It is crutial to try and see what is he showing on showdown.
