Preflop: I usually minraise at this blind level
Flop: The board is wet so I make a relatively large bet
Turn: I am already commited to the pot and with an overpair I decided to go broke on this hand. Should I had shoved on the flop?

Pre-flop is a min-raise fine I think. If the table is a little bit on the passive side a 2,5x raise would be better.

The flop bet seems fine against 2 players, but a bet of 300 could be even better against 2 unknowns.
If you over bet shove the flop you get most likely only action of strong flush draw and over pairs, but I don’t think they have to often bigger over pairs in the ranges after calling pre-flop.

Turn isn’t a great card, but I don’t think an unknown would play a flush draw passive on the flop and I would shove here as well. It’s off course thin, because there aren’t many weaker hands that would call here.

I think if you raised bigger pre and OTF call by the Villain OTF would have connected better to the assumption that he had smth better than draws or high cards)

I guess you don’t know what OTF means. OTF means on the flop.
