KQs is a call preflop vs the 3b.
River is a fold.

I would prefer to 4b bluff with this hand. I would be flatting hands like AQs/JJ here.

As played on the river we have to fold.

If it was KQo - you may be right. KQs is a standard call here.

Main reason for me not to bluff KQs is that it is suited and it has more equity. It also benefits from higher stack to pot ratio.

1% moreover but we are playing this not for the equity but for playability.
You can make backdoors too...
