Folding OTT is ok.

1/2 pot size bet on flop would have given too good odds to drawing hands
Tx rarly folds here, but it seemed a good idea to raise flop

There isn't so many drawing hands since board is dry. By raising we isolate ourselves against tighter range. Not all Tx (maybe none) calls and other pairs like 9x will fold.

Weaker Tx will fold for sure here. It is not that good idea.

What for? What is the purpose of this raise? Will you call a shove?

I can agree with moist. It is rainbow and there is 2 cards connected on the flop. It is not dry but not wet either.

We'd better not call the shove... But if we are not doing this we should not raise too.

K72 - dry board
T98 - wetboard

T94 - is more wet than dry. It present enough opportunities for villain to connect.

Rainbow makes it more dry. Imo.
