BB: 245.4 BB (VPIP: 26.99, PFR: 7.39, 3Bet Preflop: 3.45, Hands: 362)
UTG: 72.4 BB (VPIP: 20.37, PFR: 5.56, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 55)

Hero (CO): 301.2 BB
BTN: 37 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A♠ J♠

UTG calls 1 BB, MP calls 1 BB, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, BB calls 2 BB, UTG calls 2 BB, MP calls 2 BB

Flop: (12.4 BB, 4 players) J♣ 8♠ T♦
BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, Hero bets 6.2 BB, BB calls 6.2 BB, UTG calls 6.2 BB, MP calls 6.2 BB

Turn: (37.2 BB, 4 players) 5♥
BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, Hero?

I figured I needed to charge draws so I bet, but then again if I want to effectively charge draws I should bet bigger, but then I am bloating the pot to an irresponsible size given my hand...so I figure maybe just x behind to pot control and just fold to any action if a scare card hits.... but there are so many of them....

So I am a little uncertain here.

Incidentally, obviously, I should have raised bigger pre after 2 limpers... even though in this particular case it probably would not have changed much, except that the pot-size would have escalated even more...

Spoiler

Hero bets 18.6 BB, fold, UTG calls 18.6 BB, MP calls 18.6 BB

River: (93 BB, 3 players) Q♠
UTG checks, MP checks, Hero checks

Hero shows A♠ J♠ (One Pair, Jacks)
(Pre 40%, Flop 8%, Turn 0%)
UTG shows T♣ 9♣ (Straight, Queen High)
(Pre 30%, Flop 27%, Turn 19%)
MP mucks 8♦ 8♥ (Three of a Kind, Eights)
(Pre 30%, Flop 65%, Turn 81%)
UTG wins 87.6 BB

Spoiler

It´s hard for me to understand why MP never raised flop or turn

Iso raise the limpers bigger - at least 6-7BB. With your raise you price all others to join, or to squeeze you out.
Make flop bet bigger.
Turn is also a bet.

Raise bigger pre. Bet turn too. You can bet flop bigger.

Bet 6bb preflop. OTF I would bet around 9bb. You have a TPTK why don't you want to bet? You have to defend your hand. In this particular hand, yes your opponent had a better card, but anyone could have called you with an oesd like an A9 because you gave them the odds with this bet. So I think this bet is the worst you could do
