I like it as played. No need to raise this dry flop.

raise flop is viable and probably my default but nothing wrong with just calling too. how is this flop dry? it has straight draws and flush draws.

FD yes but we block the nut FD. There is 2 low cards and one high. Probably this doesn't hit villains range so hard. Only possible draw is heart and we have Ah.

we have only pair of fives so our hand is very vulnerable and we don't mind taking down the pot immediately. and we're not folding the turn so there are reverse implied odds considerations to leaving our opponent in the hand.

The pair of fives is not the main thing. Our hand is probably beat OTT but we have nut flush draw and we are calling because of that. When we hit there is no reverse implieds because our flush would be nuts.

We cannot take the pot on Jxx with 2 low cards...
And we do not block the nut flush draw, we have it.

A pair + NFD + overcard is too good to waste on rebluffing. "Making draws pay" is senseless since his range contains few and bad draws. We actually desperately want him to hit a straight (or a flush) with 6♥: peeling off on the turn.
