I can almost guarantee that you will never see a 6bet bluff at NL10. Villain might 4bet bluff. If he is going to call your 5bet, the sizing of it doesn't matter, he will call it anyway or then he will fold to a 5bet even if it is small. So shove here.

Make your life(decision) easier and shove pre :)
As played, i think we need to "cry" shove and hope he will call with QQ/JJ.

+1 for shoving pre.
As for the flop. I dont think he will have many Ax here. AK and AA can be in his range but AK is much harder to play in a pot like this big. I mean a JJ will be an overpair otf in 43% a QQ will be in 57%. Whereas an AK will have a pair otf in just only 33% of the cases. And also speaking from experience, players dont really like to play big pots where they have to act otf with AK. They just tend to shove them.
So I would simply suggest to shove the flop

5bet shove all day long, you have the second best starting hand in the game.

If we were a little deeper stacks, I would have called his 3bet and re-assess on the flop.
