is it common to be facing a lot of sets here? I figured he had some sort of Tx like AT or KT. I dont see 22 or 55 calling my 3bet pre so only a set of tens would reraise me OTF but so would AT i think. not sure if my line was good here

Villains min raise OTF and then very small bets look fishy. I think you played this hand well. I think you can't fold to so small bets with overpair vs a fish. If he indeed had a set you lost the minimum.

Also his not full stack indicates he might be a fishy player. So as you played was ok.

Villain is probably a fish. These small bets can mean strong hand but in many cases it is a medium strength hand. You can call down and most importantly - make a note on what you see on showdown.

This is ok as played.

you can even 3bet bigger pre as we are OOP and villain is bad so he can call widely. Easily 3bet to ~ 10-13bb and get some extra value.

Calling flop is ok to me vs min-raise and over pair, if your opponent will bet pot or >2/3 psb - you probably have to fold. So, in this case, I will call all bets of his fishy size bcs he oftenly will have Tx hand, sometimes it will be kind 2p+.

If he would raise with a normal size on the flop (like 3x), I would rather fold. There are not so many draws on board, especially since he called the 3bet, so I would expect to see mostly sets and slowplayed QQ+. As played, we can call him down vs such small bets.

Anyone jamming the flop OOP vs fish here ? I expect bunch of Tx hands that might got scared on higher cards. Also, if higher cards hit the board he can make you fold the best hand by barreling.

He'll get scarred on a turn overcard, but happily not get scarred by a big reraise on the flop:f_confused:
