I like calling flop raise more.
Villain looks tight and probably wouldn't raise you with overpairs. He can call your 3bet pre with 55,77,88.

If he raises with sets and Tc9c, you have 17% equity. The situation is better if he has KK,QQ in his range too but I think KK would have 4bet pre and what would be the point in raising with QQ or weaker when you still have AA,KK in your range?

Just call and see what comes on turn. You block the nut FD, villain is too tight and I think he will do this with strong hands.

I would most likelly fold to his raise, but I'm a nit. :) I don't expect from this player to call hand like T9s vs preflop 3bet UTG vs BB. KK+ will probably 4bet pre and hands like QQ-TT will probably just call the flop because I don't expect a player like him going crazy with overpair now when he just called pre. I don't like calling his raise OTF. If he is villing to stack off with overpairs, he will call our shove anyway (we don't want scare cards to come OTT) + if he really has a draw, we want to make it as expensive as possible. So, for me is folding > shoving > calling.

You may be right from an exploitative point of view. But even nits look at the "fold to flop raise stat" - and you are on the top of your range. He knows what your best holding is here. (Well, he should:) Raising anything that hit that board preflop from BB vs UTG is unusual.)
