Flop: (22.4 BB, 2 players) J♥ A♠ 3♦

How do you play pairs like JJ-KK when there is an overcard on the board and you are with a fishy player?
He still has many many worse hands in his range that will call me and I have folding equity.
The idea of c-betting this board was to not got bluffed by him.
What do you think about this kind of thin c-bets in situations like this?

I check call, betting you probably don't call any worse hand

Maybe sometimes Jx will call, but the idea of my bet was to not be bluffed. I can be 100% sure that if I check, he will bet very very often a wide part of his range. Generally the question is: how to not get bluffed by a fishy player in spots like this?

What makes you think villain is fishy?

For me this is a cbet. You can rep that A. If villain calls, he will have some draws, Jx, pocket pairs which you beat in his range. Imo betting is much better than check calling.

Well, he opened for 2 bb, bronze star, 1 table, Uzbekistan. I think these things are enough to assume that he is rather fishy, than a reg.
How would you choose the sizing?

I would squeeze bigger.
Flop is a cbet.

Well until you collect some info, treat him as unknown better.
