Tough spot. Hard to fold AA here but I'm not sure about re-raising and calling seems bad too. If we call, we check turn and villain very very likely bets again and then we have to fold? In 200 hands villain doesn't have a 4bet range so he probably has QQ,KK,KQ in his range.
The board is rainbow and I don't see that many bluffs here, so folding might be the best play?

Your line is strong - You 3b vs UTG, you get a flop that hits you...
When he raises, I think folding is the best option.
