you don't need to raise a big stack without a very good reason (leak or a moster hand) when you are yourself is close to being a short stack.
OTF, it was pretty standart to cbet when you hit (may be bet a bit larger to shove OTT with better pot odds 2/3-3/4)
OTT - same standart decision.

Don’t forget the big stack is limping here. So hero is isolating the big stack in position with a raise (2bet)

Further I would play the hand the same way and it’s unlucky he played JJ this passive, but no surprise at the 1,50 stakes I think.

It depends on the villain, but I wouldn’t mind to isolate him in position.
