First, your open raise vs 2 limpers should be way bigger. 5-6bb.
Second, all his Ax that 3 b are beating you on river and we should fold.
Third, the Kx in the range you give him are not betting river, so his range is totally different.

River: Assigning ranges is difficult, most people go totally wrong and end up with bizarre numbers. You should be able by the betting pattern to deduce that you do NOT have a coin-flip here (you even get to be a favorite in the spoiler).

Preflop: It is not wrong to raise that small, but you should know why and when to do it. It is a pot-sweetener raise that is designed to build a nicely sized pot for your hand and position (when you want a MW hand).

You should raise bigger pre flop. Villain could be stabbing OTT with air so I'm calling there, but be carefull, he can have some 2 pair hands there.

Raise bigger preflop. Fold OTR.

Turn you do not think he can be bluffing in Kx with his gutshot? Noramlement should bet the flop with her but as it has a stategy of little bet flop, one can imagine that it ranks a wide turn?
