Against unknown opponents I think its best to give some credit to a min 3-bet and I put him on a strong range. I think OTR I am beat 100%. OTT I think besides he's got some extra Outs from the gutshot, I think checking is fine because I have a very good equity on most river cards and if I bet, I would isolate myself against a stronger range. When I played the hand I did not pay attention and I was missing the gutshot. Now I am wondering, do I need to protect or is it better to pot control (not risking a ch/r) and giving him the chance to bluff A hi / bluffcatch with A hi OTR?

Your though process is somewhat inconsistent. On the one hand, you say you are beat 100% OTR, on the other hand you speak about giving him a chance to bluff by checking.

You need not "protect" OTT because his range is stronger than your TT. The decision is whether to stop or induce bluffs (by betting small and by checking respectively).

As played OTR: Assuming unk villain, you can turn to your own range and pot odds for advice. This means calling with the best hands and folding the rest. Naturally, trash and nuts are excluded from these considerations. The pot odds are 4:1. You do the math yourself.

If the turn wouldn't give straight to every Ax, I would call here. Now this is a fold for me.

On this run out we cannot call on river as every Ax beat us.

I would make a small protection bet, like 1/4 to 1/3, OTT vs AK-AQ and then fold/check behind river. As played, would fold river.

Note also that we beat every bluff on his part. It is just so, so silly to assign 100% A6 to villain when he bets river here. We get 4:1 and need to win 20% of the time. Turn was also a bluff-inviting check-check. Just a reminder. Not an opinion on whether we should call. One must use the right thinking process, and both yours is off. Sorry if this pisses you off. It is not the intention, but I realize it will:)

I just can see many Ax in villains range. And when villain is OOP, he should think that hero has many Ax too in his range so he is not that likely bluffing.

We raise small preflop and he re-raises. I think he has a lot of Ax and they are all playing like this.

Thanks guys, if you think about hands he got in his 3-betting range that we are still ahead of, I think there is not much he could be bluffin with if anything at all. I think he does this with Ax for value maybe as a blocker with QQ+
@Yohan I said I think I can get value from bluffs on other river cards, because on most river cards I get 70% equity
