Preflop: Hero is SB with Q♠, Q♦
4 folds, MP3 calls, CO folds, BU calls, Hero raises, BB folds, MP3 calls, BU calls.

Flop: (7,00 SB) A♦, K♦, Q♥ (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 folds, BU calls.

Turn: (4,50 BB) 5♣ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU raises, Hero 3-bets, BU caps, Hero calls.

River: (12,50 BB) 5♠ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

Final Pot: 14,50 BB

Since BU limped preflop I forgot about AA,KK,AK. I thought Ax,Kx, underpair and JT of course could be in his range. After his cap on turn I was allmost sure he had A5,55 or JT. I never saw him slowplaying monsters. Some kind of hero move is imo not likely here. Should I play it differently on turn or river? Other card then 5, A or K on the river is check/call, or bet would be still OK?

turn play is standard imo. the only (reasonable) hand which beats you is JT and there are lots of two pairs which will pay you off.
a bet on the river is ok but after his turn cap i like a check/raise more. i really put him on JT now and he just can´t check behind the straight imo
