I think you will get more help if you write a ticket directly to support and describe your problem for them. Go to your profile and click on 'Tickets'. In the bottom of the page you can write a ticket for support.

When did you create your Coral account? Getting the free money might take 2 or 3 business days.
If you have waited over 3 business days already, I suggest you open a ticket with our customer support team. Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
