I would not 3b vs him when deep.
As played, turn is a fold.

We cannot call turn. When being deep we should be cautious in building the pot when equity can change drastically.

I do not like to play for stacks when deep. Most of the time we will be facing KK+.

I would not 3bet QQ vs UTG as a standard. As played turn is a fold.
How does villain look like a fish?

How do we not 3-bet QQ IP here? I would auto 3-bet such a big hand. UTG can be opening hands we crush like AQs, AJs (which he will call a 3-bet with). And isn't it easier to play with the betting lead here anyways? I'm genuinely curious about this. I thought 3-betting here would be standard, but it seems like the opposite is true?

It is not a common 3b. It is a call.

Would someone explain to me why this is not a good 3bet?

You are deep. UTG can be strong here too or making it your life pretty difficult. AK is already 50/50 so we do not gain anything by 3-betting; nor for value nor as a bluff. We are behind KK+. We'd rather seek value post-flop when being deep. Of course, villain can have many other hands too but equity varies through the hand.

This is fair, but QQ is not so easy to play post-flop without the betting lead. Say the flop comes A high or K high (which will happen like 30%) of the time. Are we giving up on these flops? What is the plan?

Also, UTG's 3bet calling range I assume is not so tight that it only includes like KK+ and AK right? He can easily call with AQs, AJs, JJ, TT, 99, 88 maybe even like 77? We dominate a lot of this range.

I can understand why we may not want to bloat the pot too much but I'm not so convinced.

We can call here. If we put villain on AK or AQ we still would stack off roughly 22% of the time according Ed Miller. We have equity and villain doesn't need to have hit OTF. That's why we can call 1 street.

We dominate this range but equity varies. We might want to look in to the amount of EV-difference when being deep vs being 100bb.

Okay, so I apologize. I just realised that we are 133 BB deep. I had previously on thought that we were 100 BB deep.

Would it be standard to flat as well even 100 BB deep?

Yes it would be standard for someone (me included) to flat QQ vs UTG 100bb deep too.
UTG opening range is usually very tight and we do not gain much by 3betting. Since UTG opens tight, he should call 3bets or 4bet tight too and we will quite often see hands like KK,AA or AK. We get more value by keeping his range wide and playing better postflop.

This is a standard flat 100bb deep too. The problem with 3b QQ is that if UTG 4b you are not so comfortable. Turning QQ into a bluff is not wise.
On Axx,Kxx boards we can call flop ans see what is coing on turn.

If I flat here, I will give more odds to cold call behind me, It will not be bad ? If I have loose players in blinds? tight players I think that will be good to flat

It is indeed important to note that different players require a different style. I always see it as a business. Opponents are your customers and you want to distinguish yourself in the market. This means you should have a competitive advantage and playing exactly how we tell you to play isn't gonna make you the best in the competition. The advice we just give is less exploitative and often a winning playing style ;)

It is a good 3-bet because it wins money (and yes, it is the 3d best Holde'm hand in position). However, by todays fashion, and probably also by todays standard 100 bb stacks, it is deemed more profitable to just call.
