If I fold my hand, two players will see the flop, and is most possible BB recover a few chips. I complete the SB very loose, probably i dont win the hand, but is harder for the BB also win. Because his equity would drop down if three players saw the flop.
My question is, I'd like construct a range EV+ for this situation. And another situation to know that make calling if the underdog is pushing before me.
How i calculate these formulas?
