The turn is the place to bet, imo. He checks twice, then you attack.

Hi, vs people who's callin 4b OOP it's ok like that. You can try to push out wit 1/3 on the turn s.t. like TT, AK to.
edit: you can add +1bb on your 4b size preflop.

you beat anything that's not Qx and Jx already so you don't need to "attack" anything. if you wanna fold out splits bet like $1 on the turn

I think that betting turn would be a good idea. When villain checks twice, it is almost 100% certain that he will fold to a bet.

Yes, turn I would bet here. He checks twice = a lot of FE.

Too little risk/reward i m o (reward = 0.5*pot). I'd be betting underpairs instead (reward = potentially 1*pot).
