Hello, yesterday i tryed to join pokerstars and this is whats i got, 
, but damn i am in germany right now maybe someone know why and how i could fix it.

I would start with PokerStars tech support.
Also if you go to https://www.iplocation.net/ that web page will show you what IP address you show to the outside world.
It will also show you the location.
If that location is not your location, then contact your iSP.
If you log in from a public site, they may use a VPN that makes your location appear to be anywhere in the world.
