Fold pre flop
As played, you get into the trouble you asked for. CO should have a good hand to cb this board into 2 players. I would c/c most of the time and see how it evolves. I doubt vilain will keep bluffing a lot on hearts, and I think donking on your straight outs is a good line.

Prob c/f on a brick turn though, according to sizing.

Problem is that your hand doesn't have a lot of nut outs. Just 6. Opponent might bet here a lot of hands that dominate you (QJT9, higher flush draw etc.) and you will get it in with pretty bad equity. One of those situation where it would be a lot better if opponent had the nuts (set) instead of madehand+draw or a combo draw.

I would just call and see what happens. You don't have folding equity and in the best case scenario you are flipping.

I do not like your check/raise. You do not have nuts flush draw. I think better is bet/call or check/call.
