I don't raise the sb, but I give him a range sb cc range:

99-66,A9s-A8s,KTo,QTo+, (89s,87s,76s,54s,?)
His check Raise on the flop is in my opinion very strong and narrow, I would say he has almost always 77. aj, aa,jj would have 3b pf. axs with fds (or i would) ch/call here. If he - and I am not sure - has this balanced, he could have kto, qto (which i block) or he check Raises gutshots like 98s, 65s, (which would be extraordinary). This are the reasons for a call, I think I have easy enough eq. The turn is really bad, because even if he cR 98s he has the straight now and kto and qto are more unlikely. But I call anyway. On the river there is only 1 combo of 77 and I don't know any hand which I can call against with, but I think if he only spews a little bit here its a call. I think it's an interesting hand. Do you agree or just fold and go to the next hand? Or do you play it in another way anywhere?

Sorry for the late reply.
This hand looks ok to me. Villain reps a strong hand (probably sets and 2 pair, as you said yourself). You have a gutshot and a flush draw so calling his flop raise seems to be fine. If you don't get direct odds OTT you should at least have enough implied odds to call there. River is a fold without a hit.

I don't like the cal OTT. If villain is ahead like you say, I am not sure if another (non-diamond) face card comes whether villain pays you of or even worse, you are drawing...

We have to call this turn, as we still can re-draw to better.
