Hi all,

I was in the hand below. I think i played my KK good.
i'm allmost sure for it that opponent has JJ/QQ/AA.

What do you all think about this hand?

Last
SB: $2.15
BB: $3.98
UTG: $2.52 (271 hands/24vpip/23pfr/4,4 3 bet)
Hero (CO): $4.02
BTN: $5.87

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with K :diamond: K :club:
UTG raises to $0.06, Hero raises to $0.18, 3 folds, UTG raises to $0.44, Hero calls $0.26

Flop: ($0.91) J :diamond: Q :diamond: 8 :spade: (2 players)
UTG bets $0.66, Hero calls $0.66

Turn: ($2.23) T :spade: (2 players)
UTG bets $1.42 all in, Hero folds

You can also stack off pre-flop with KK I think. As played It’s indeed likely he has a set or AK and then is folding the turn not bad I think.

Yea I agree. On NL2 especially I would choose to stack off pre with KK here

Yes, here I would not call KK. I hardly call this hand off preflop anyway.

I think we can comfortably shove KK preflop vs 4bet.

Stacking off preflop is slightly better, but most players (from ranges I have seen) save a few combos of KK and even AA as range protectors, so I don't think just calling is wrong. Whether you need range protection at NL2 is an entirely different question. Well played postflop, you beat his bluffs with 7♦:6♦: (happens once every two years) only.

Stack-off Preflop

As played PF:
You have to ask yourself, before you act:
- why do you call the flop (instead of shoving)?
- what is your plan for the turn?
