villain is 31/22/16.5 for 200 hand, i have no specific reads on him

OTF I float as he is cbetting flop 71%
OTT i decide to reise to show strenght and exploit his 70 cbet turn as well
OTR obviously he has a made hand i would suggest sets, over pairs most of the time. Sometimes flush draws. The bluff has to work abt 40% of the time. As played i believe my bet on the river after re-reasing turn is super strong and he should fold most over pairs.

I guess 16,5 is the 3bet% here. Not sure I would play that tricky against another big stack post-flop. If I would bluff the river I would make it smaller. Now you invest almost 50% of your remaining stack. Another option would be to call the turn and bluff the river. This way you keep his rang wider. Now it will be more difficult to bluff on river against his turn calling range.

Cheers,
