QQ on connected low board

When he donks for pot I figure he is never fold so decide to raise, looking back if I was going to raise I think a shove is best as it looks more like I have a FD or SD
Am I best to just call here?

I cant work out what hands he b/f here? Randoms often donk with TP or FD, but not for pot

On that draw heavy board I would shove the flop to protect my hand. If you raise you are indeed committed anyway and you don’t want to give him good odds to call the flop as well.
