what is his total agresion frequency (I am used to that stat more, so I can compare).

If I go all in, I go on turn, because it brings more draws. Flop is dry, so I think letting him continue to bluff is good. Unless he never bluffs.

THinking - K3, K5, 35 is no in his range probably. So only bluff or better set is left.

AK is also not in his preflop range, and even if it was, he should not raise flop.

His raise flop size is also big.

I would not discount folding as option actually. Especially on river - even normal players so rarely raise flop, barrel turn and river as bluff.

But is he really bluffing so little. Otherwise there is the only hand - 55 which makes sense. But maybe he did that with backdoor draw for some reason. And hit the flush on river.

If so then its good to raise turn probably. But really it depends on can he have bluffs with backdoor draw and this sizing on flop or not.

I think bet/calling the flop is fine because the board is dry and we are not affraid of draws. I would shove the turn because now there is a flushdraw on board. As played, I think folding river is fine.

Raise AI on turn. You have after calling only one PSB left.

thanks with 50 % afq I think oponent is not that passive and I would not discount bluffs, so I am also shoving the turn. If it was 30% afq, then passive imo.

AFQ here has no certain value. We want tohit a set, we've hit it and we should raise and try to go AI.
