I would fold preflop vs a 4bet. If we 3bet this hand, we do it as some sort of a semi-bluff, so have to fold vs 4bet. Min 5bet doesn't have much sense to me. We won't get much folds. Do we have a read that he 4bet bluffs alot and folds to 5bets? I believe not in that sample size. As played, I would cbet TP OTF when flushdraw on the board. As played, I believe it's fine to call turn and river. He shouldn't have THAT many flushes. AK is very possible imo.

What is the explanation of all this funky preflop play and the misterious ( and lucky) postflop play?

Postflop is funky, but okay. Flop c-bet is not mandatory with the ranges at play here on this very dry board. Flush draws are a minute part of his range, AK and a couple of AA is not.

I'd expect him to show A♣:Q♣:, Q♠:Q♣:, and AK/misplayed air in some unknown proportions. We have nut bluff catcher, so river fold is out of the question getting 3:1.

5-bet bluffing for 30% of stacks preflop is something I don't recommend at NL25 without god damned good reads.

Postflop is ok but what is that preflop 5bet bluff? You are isolating yourself against super strong range. I hope you didn't check his 4bet stat and use that, because you have 80 hands on villain he has probably 4bet 1 out of 9 situations.
